DSAA April Board Meeting Minutes
As a result of the meeting, we decided to simplify our committee structure into two external committees: Fundraising / Communication and Community Issues and one internal committee: Executive Committee. The meeting minutes are available.
Our next Board meeting will be held on Saturday, May 3 at Clair Tappaan Lodge, immediately following the Free Fire Prevention Seminar.
DSAA Annual Summit Cleanup
Saturday, June 7
10am
Meet at the Soda Springs General Store
Everyone is encouraged to attend this important community cleanup day. It's a great way to beautify the summit and an even better way to meet your neighbors. It's easy: all you have to do is walk around and pick up trash while you visit with your friends and neighbors.
There will be an appreciation party following the cleanup.
In addition to our regular clean-up volunteers, we are looking for people to pick up the garbage bags that are filled during the cleanup. If you have a pickup truck and are willing to spend an hour or more driving around the summit picking up garbage bags and dropping them in the donated dumpsters, we could really use your help.
Please contact info@DonnerSummitAreaAssociation for more information.
FREE Fire Prevention Seminar

The monthly DSAA Board meeting will be held immediately following the seminar. The meeting is also open to the public. We will discuss our regular business, including the upcoming membership meeting, Summit Cleanup and DSAA Annual Community Picnic on July 5. We will also review a few of our bylaws and procedures.
