Water Seminar a Huge Success!!
The DSAA presented a FREE educational seminar about water rights and water ecology on September 15 at Sugarbowl Ski Resort. The seminar was very educational and extremely well received. The presenters were Peter Van Zant of Sierra Watch, Otis Wollan of the Placer County Water Agency District 5 and Jason Rainey from South Yuba River Citizens League (SYRCL).
