Next Steps
The working group agreed to work on the following issues prior to our next meeting:
The first two tasks for the board will be the identification of the standing committees and the membership qualifications. We discussed these two issues and felt that it was a bit too soon to make any firm decisions.

- Cultural Resource Inventory: A list of historic sites and buildings, vital natural resources
- Legal Representation: Information to help decide on the legal status of the organization
- President of the board
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary

Vision Statement
The Vision statement can contain details about how the organization will implement the mission statement. Here are some candidate phrases:
A bi-county region including the communities from Cisco grove, through Kingvale, PlaVada, Soda Springs and Serene Lakes, and up to the Rainbow Bridge at the Summit.
Providing a channel for existing community organizations to speak with a common voice to coordinate the responses serve as a clearinghouse for government agencies interested in hearing the concerns and ideas of the community.
Allowing the membership to determine priorities and developing a consensus on issues affecting the entire summit area.
Seeking funding from governmental and other sources for improvements to the community.
Facilitating development in concert with preservation and maintenance of the rural character of the area.
Changes are coming. Help us control them.
