How Fast is Your Broadband? Test it!

The Gold Country Broadband Consortium’s mission is to bring braodband to everyone that wants this important economic, social, and educational tool.  They are working to define the served, under-served, and unserved areas in the Donner Summit community.

If you have Internet access, please do the following speed test:

  1. Log on to the Internet and open a browser
  2. Go to http://www.bandwidthplace.com/
  3. Press the Start Test button
  4. Note the Down Load Speed
  5. Note the Up Load Speed
  6. Send your Up and Down Load Speed in an email to russ@SEDCorp.biz with your address, or the address of the test.
